I am looking for a bit of help trying to compare data of two worksheets.

I've attached two images, worksheet1 and worksheet2.
I'm trying to figure out a formula that can fill in column B3 on worksheet 1.
The formula needs to go out to worksheet 2 and search for the user id specified in worksheet 1 and then return the value of the "age" column in worksheet 2 for that specified user id in worksheet 1.
