Trying to calculate the number of months AND weeks between two dates..

Been trying to calculate the number of months and weeks between two dates regardless of the number of years.

1/1/2014
2/15/2014

would like the result to read: 1.2 (1 month, 2 weeks)

1/1/2014
2/15/2015

result: 13.2 (13 months, 2 weeks)

Is this possible with an excel formula? Would also like it to round up to the nearest week.
