    In Excel 2003 rather than using "cell value is" choose "formula is" and and type the formula in the box - you need to apply the formula to the top left cell in the selected range, so if you have selected the range C2:J10 then you need to apply the formula to C2. For numbers greater than 0 try

    =COUNT(C2)*(C2>0)
