    Copy cell value from another worksheet and duplicate value to two rows

    Hi Excel forum,

    Hope you are able to help me our again.

    I need to be able to copy a cell value from another worksheet and duplicate the value into two rows. It is a bit difficult to explain, so I have attached an example.
