Reversing input percentages against variable percentages.

Hi all,

Please find demonstration speadsheet attached to help describe this complex problem.

in short, I need to find a method to be able to balance two kinds of input numbers, but which each have different percentages that obvious change the end result.

I know it might seem a bit odd when you look at it, but it's not obvious to me to figure out how to correct for reversing a series of variables with different percentages.

I hope somebody can see the problem and understand the objective.
