Get data from DATA worksheet usıng formula

I need a formula to get Items and numbers to the pages from Data Sheet.

Please find attached file which explained what is exactly wanted.

Thanks for prompt reply.
But I need to get Items also by formula. NOT manually written to city pages.(Of course Vlookup function can be used if Items written on pages)
I want to get both Items and numbers to city pages from DATA sheet by a unique formula for every city pages.(Because cities and Items are thousands)

Please find attached file, and you can fill City pages with Items and Numbers by formula.

See attached. I have done this for London Sheet only. You can copy concept over to the other sheets. If you don't wish to see the blank rows, then you can apply the AutoFilter to exclude them.
