    Hi Fotis1991,

    I have attached an updated spreadsheet. The orange cells show those that have now expired i.e. 12 months or more...and the others in column D which aren't orange are still withing 12 months.

    Does this help?

    In column D you use this formula

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =NOW()+364


    and you get some coloured cells.

    Isn't this the expected result?
