Formula/cond format to calculate 12 month expiries

    Hi,

I would like the attached spreadsheet to identify when certain dates are 12 months plus, from 'today'. So if Employee 1 was last sick on 24th February 2013, I'd like it to flag up (preferably as another colour), as this will not be included in the 12 month rolling year. Please see attached which hopefully will help.

    Thanks!
