how to take only numbers from text?

hello my helpful buddies,

i want take only numbers from the sentence there.

e.g.

kazanan numaralar , 5 , 7 , 14 , 22 , 46 , 48 olarak belirlendi. ( from this sentence, i wanna take out only numbers as " 5 , 7 , 14 , 22 , 46 , 48 "

how i can do this?
