Need to Advance time by 1 hour each time a button is clicked

Hi I am trying to make a timetable viewer that has a easy button controlled interface, I need the times 1pm 2pm and 3pm to be view in turn by clicking a button that says, forward 1 hour or back one hour.

I need the code to operate it and also a formula that shows 13:00:00 as 1 pm and can advance to 2pm and 3 pm and then return to 1pm and so on.

Hi is there any way of it just rotating through 1pm to 3pm and then back again.
