    Hi,

    Can some one help me to get the "Expected date and time of closure" in MS Excel 2007

    Call No. ABCD
    Login Date 2/15/2014
    Login Tme 9:30 AM
    Agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) 1hr
    Accessibility Type 24hrs
    Site Accessibility 24hrs
    Accessibility Days All Days
    ETC Date ?
