Need Help inserting dynamic "date" into formula array.

hi everyone im new to excel but had the challenge at to devise a work rota with names down the left column and days across the top from left to right with what shift each person is i.e. EARLYS,MIDDLE,LATE,DAY OFF,SICK. now I have got an array formula which lists the names in the correct table for the first row. but this is not interactive with the date. what do I need to add to the array to make a dynamic "date"????? please help
