    I don't understand what you want. Could you fill out the workbook with some sample data and sample of what you want to achieve?

    Was doing a more detailed example and did a quick search for Offset example and found my answer ha

    It is


    =INDEX(B:B,MATCH(" Account",B:B,0)+1)
