How To Remove Duplicates On Specific Condition?

Good day fellow Excellers. I have a question on removing rows under specific condition. Let me explain myself with screenshot I have made for you (all emails are fictitious):

1. By selecting columns A and B, I want to remove duplicate email entires in column B under condition below
2. URLs that don't have "www" in them have to be filtered out and only unique email entries with their respective "www" URLs in column A must be left.

Here's the screenshot of what I want end result to look like:

Results are unique emails that have URLs with "www"
