Setting up Schedule to start on Monday for every Week

Hi Everyone, I'm currently working on a schedule and I'm having an issue finding the first day of the week, in date format. I originally set this up last year and it worked completely fine. Fast forward to 2014 and it appears to be off just 1 day. Is there anyway to make this work year after year without having to update it?

It seems rather chaotic since I unhid the cells that I use to contain information. If anyone has any tips on fixing this and/or doing it more efficiently, please let me know!
