Title is not particularly descriptive or accurate... sorry.

Attached is a sample worksheet.

The worksheet contains sales data for 2013 and 2014. The data is a day by day cumulative revenue total.

What I would like to be able to do is have a formula look at the value for today's date in column C, find that value in column B and calculate the number of days difference between the two.

As an example: The value in column C for today's date (10/01/2014) is 74558.82. The date where column B reaches the same value is 14/01/2013. The difference between those two dates in therefore 4 days.

In sales terms I am effectively 4 days ahead of where I was last year.

Does anyone have any insight on how I might do this?
