sumproduct question, why b1 is shown as blank

What i have given in the table is the tax slab rate from 0 to maximum amount.
I found that a simple formula exist for calculating this tax, by using sumproduct function for progressive rate of taxes. for example, if the amount is more than 200000 but less than 500000, then the tax rate 10%, but if the amount is more than 5 lakhs but less than 100000, the tax is to be worked out for by taking in to calculation, that upto 5 lakhs, the tax is 10 and over it only attracts 20%.I calculated the difference in the rate in the last part of sumproduct formula

Hi,

I found out the solution. It was not blank actually, but somebody in my computer has made font colour automatic to no colour. so, the result was there and not shown. I found this after some time, with clicking the fx button, there it shows the correct result, but not in the cell. There was no error messages shown. Then i changed the cell fill colour to black and found the answers shown. Then i realised that because of no colour font, the cell does not show the result and the result, i expected is correct. I am enclosing the same.
