you beat me to it, 6
To explain what 6 has done (if you already know, then please excuse me)...
1. highlight the range you want to apply the conditional formatting to (B24:U332)
2. on the home tab, styles, select CF
3. select new rule, select use formula
4. enter =$B24=WEEKNUM(TODAY())
(if you just want the cell, and not the row, to change color, then use =B24)
