Sorting Help based on Game results

I have the attached sheet within a bigger spreadsheet. Essentially another sheet looks up this table for the league standings, and it works well. What I would like to do, to sort ranking order of teams, is firstly look at points, then goal difference, then the head to head of the teams.

Points and goal difference work well, but does anyone know how i would add in head to head results, or if it's even possible?
