How to do a sumifs with criteria merged cells

I'm trying to get the values from this table to fill the 2nd one using sumifs, but the merge is killing me. Just the first cell works because de merged cells.

Anyone can help me with this? I can't make changes on the source table, like unmerge cells.

I'm sure it would be possible to help you here, but unfortunately it's impossible to tell from your pasted tables which the merged cells are.

Were you not able to attach an actual workbook?
