Need to find a word in text and return corresponding value

Hi all, I am looking for help with the following. I have a column with the full customer names and the corresponding number of hours spent on each customer. I need to pull the corresponding value based on the customer short name. For example, 10 POINT PIZZA INC short name Pizza, so I need to look up word pizza in column A and return value - 41 to cell K2. Thanks!
