How do I solve for the slope w/o XY Scatter?

    Data Attached here: trend example.xlsx

I would like to solve for the slope without having to chart each row. I have hundreds of rows, I would like to see then sort the slope so I can quickly identify the top performers and worse performers.

I'm trying to use the LINEST, but as you can see I must be doing it wrong. The LINEST output does not equal the slope in the graph I'm using to verify the formula is correct.

Shortly put, I'm just trying to solve to determine the slope of the given data points.

    Thanks!
