Lookup values in a row and a column and return the specific number in the related cell

Hi,

Hopefully an easy one, see attached. I want to look up the row name and cell name and pick out a specific number from a big table of information. I have simplified in the attached.

For instance cell C5 should come back with -20 as the value.

In B2 and copy across and down:

=INDEX($B$20:$K$22,MATCH(B$1,$A$20:$A$22,0),MATCH($A2,$B$19:$K$19,0))
