    Conditional Formatting Formula - if(and(sumif.....

    I'm trying to use the formula option in conditional formatting to determine if the value falls between two different values. I'm using IF(AND(SUMIF(RANGE,CRITERIA,SUM RANGE)>Value A,SUMIF(RANGE,CRITERIA,SUM RANGE)<=Value B)

    If this is "True", format new color
