get a count depending on the interval

HI,i have a spreadsheet with time intervals. What i'd like to do is get a count depending on the interval.

I not sure which function to use. I have 0 to 24 hours, 24:01 to 48 hours, and 48:01 to 72 hours and 72:01 hours or more.

The data is on sheet1 column F. The count of the different time intervals goes in to sheet2 B2 for 0 to 24 hours, C2 for 24:01 to 48 hours, D2 for 48:01 to 72 hrs, E2 for over 72 hours.
