Exclamation V Look Up Formula Clarification

Can you please help me out?

I have two spreadsheets with a approx 4,000 rows in each give or take a few hundred. Ok so in the first spreadsheet "Labels" I have a barcode and a product code which were manually inputted. In the second spreadsheet "System" I have a barcode and a product code which were exported from our system.

I want to establish where the barcode and the product code are incorrect in the first spreadsheet using a vlookup function. I've tried concatenating the barcode and product code and doing it that way but it's not working out as I had hoped.

    HELP!!
