Setup a diabetes tracking fomula

I recently was diagnosed with diabetes. So I am trying to come up with a spreadsheet to help track my daily food intake, along with my blood sugar levels. What I am looking for is a spreadsheet that has the following columns: Date, Blood Sugar before meal, breakfast, blood sugar before snack, snack, blood sugar before meal, lunch, blood sugar before snack, snack, blood sugar before meal, dinner, blood sugar before snack, snack, bedtime blood sugar. I need those in that order, and the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack areas would need to be big so I can input what i had to eat.

I have no idea how to set this up. I would like a setup where it is in landscape mode and covers at least a week of meals at a time.

    Can anyone help?

Re: I need help with a new project

I would think it should be just a matter of putting each of those categories into its own cell, moving 1 cell to the right with each entry?

The cells/columns that you think would need more room for data entry, format a whole bunch of cells in each of those columns as "wrap text". This will cause the row height to grow if the text entered is wider than the column width

Were you considering doing more than just capturing the data? How about, after a while, starting to chart your levels, or maybe seeing if certain foods or times of the day cause spikes or dips?

    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Problem is when I put each one in it's own cell it stretches too far to print on one page. Not sure what to do.

    Thats why I suggested this...
