    Sumproduct issues or best formula

    Dear Excel Community

    Could someone kindly advise why my SUMPRODUCT formula is not working in the attached spread sheet.

    I have a number of countries but have selected only two for the purpose of demonstrating the issue?

    If SUMPRODUCT is not the best formula, please advise.
