I'd like to use conditional formatting to highlight names in column A of the "Applicants" sheet based on if they match data in the "Session 1" sheet (workbook attached). Any thoughts?
I was using a Index/Match formula for this purpose and it worked well, but I accidentally deleted it...
MATCH on its own should do it if you just want to highlight any name that's also in column D on Session 1 worksheet.
Select column A and apply this formula in conditional formatting
=MATCH(A1,'Session 1'!$D:$D,0)
