I don't see why you are limited to 3 conditions if you are using XL2007, as your profile states.

Your formula is not consistent - the first part expects D9 to be a date (i.e. a number) and the second part expects it to be a text value. How can it be both, which is what the AND condition tests for? Perhaps you should change the AND to OR.
