Try this......
Then copy across and down.
B3 =SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$140=$A3),--(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$140=B$2),Sheet2!$C$2:$C$140)

=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet2!$A$2:$A$140=$A3)*(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$140=B$2),Sheet2!$C$2:$C$140)
but as you in Excel 07
=SUMIFS(Sheet2!$C$2:$C$140,Sheet2!$A$2:$A$140,$A3,Sheet2!$B$2:$B$140,B$2)
