As you can see below it has 6 members trained in Chainsaw and 2 in house repairs and the corresponding percentage of capabilty but the 2 in House repairs are also 2 of the members trained in chainsaw so the 55% capability in chainsaw is incorrect because both those members would be required to do the house repairs over cutting trees in driveways.
