    Need help in average calculations

    Dears,
    I have table for the salesmen productivity and I would like to add column for the number of productivity above total average, but it gave me wrong results!

    Please see the results in column AG.

    Try this way 
    =COUNTIF(B7:AF7,">"&$B$20)
