This is an example of what I am trying to create:
Date: Credit Card tips + Cash tips = gross. Bus tip out - bar tip out - expo tip out = net.
Then monthly totals then yearly.
I need to keep copy for irs issues. I believe my place of employment is stating more that I walk with.
This might get you going. It has columns for the categories that you state with the calculations to arrive at NET.
To get your monthly and yearly totals, I suggest that you use a Pivot Table once you have data accumulated. Pivot tables are very powerful and will do what you want with a minimum of effort
