    conditional formatting

    Hello,

    If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I have attached my workbook for reference. test2.xlsx

    1. I would like to red highlight cells in column D IF the value in the cell is greater than 10% AND is not blank.

    2. I would like to red highlight cells in column C IF the value is greater than the value in column B.

    EX. C% and D5 should be red.
