look up data and transfer according to matching dates

On sheet 'MAIN' I have formulas to look up information in a sheet called 'XFLOW A'....would there be a formula which instead of looking at sheet 'XFLOW A' that it instead looks at the date in sheet 'A PERFORMANCE' cell range Data Summary.....it just looks at the date in 'MAIN C5 and in A PERFORMANCE D2:NH2 and if the date match it places the data from A PERFORMANCE into MAIN C6:C19
