formula for transferring of data from 1 sheet to another

I have formulas started in sheet 'MAIN' but is there maybe a simpler approach..On sheet 'MAIN' I have formulas to look up information in a sheet called 'XFLOW A'....would there be a formula which instead of looking at sheet 'XFLOW A' that it instead looks at the date in sheet 'A PERFORMANCE' cell range Data Summary.....it just looks at the date and then transfers the info over to the same date in sheet MAIN

    Thanks
