Hi, I am new to this forum, thanks in advance if anyone can help with this.

I am creating individual student data sheets in one workbook, and then the results are then gathered in a different workbook on a single tab.
On the class results worksheet, the row span is about 30 cells wide.
I have been copying the formulas from the row above, which brings down the correct target cell numbers, but I have to manually change the name of the target tab...

here are the first 3 cells in row 22;
='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]Perez, Micah'!$G$3 , ='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]Perez, Micah'!$G$4 , ='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]Perez, Micah'!$G$5
here are the first 3 cells in row 23'
='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]Whaley-Dennis'!$G$3 , ='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]Whaley-Dennis'!$G$4 , ='[001_Opinion_Student.xlsx]PWhaley-Dennis'!$G$5

anyway to select one entire row in the class result worksheet, and replace the all of the "names" in that row, with a different name ?

hope this makes sense, and thank you for helping
