0 Value Cell Formula to create 0 values in other cells that have references formulas.

I am trying to create a formula(s) that will only allow a value in other connected cells when the value of the 1st cell is zero. In the example that I have if there is a zero value in F6 (Sheet - "Invoice") I don't want there to be any values in cells F7 thre F13 even though those cells reference other cell values or formulas. I only want those to show up when there is a value of 1 or more in F6.

Is this possible?

I will be doing this on column G thru M also.
