Convert specific number into specific sentence

Hi,

I want a solution for the following :

I have following data in 2 columns :

that is :

1 good
2 bad
3 poor
4 weak
5 dead


in my another column in a different sheet (but same file) I need
these data if I press 1 in column A, I should get good in colum B...and simillarly for codes upto 5 if i enter 5 i should get dead..
How to put a formula for this
