Consolidated results across worksheets with Row ans Column remain same

Hi,

This is tremor here. I am new to this forum and I am facing problem in creating formula for following action.

I have a worksheet with four sheets. Three are monthly and one is Quarterly. All sheets have same row and column.
How can I get consolidated results in 'Quarter 1' tab using formula.
