Question INDEX & MATCH Find the next Value

    Table Name: Cust_Order

    Customer No Date Product
    0X2X2X 22/11/2013 Product Trial
    0X2X2X 19/11/2013 Product Trial
    0X2X2X 16/11/2013 Product Beta
    0X2X2X 13/11/2013 Product Delta

    0X1X9X 06/11/2007 Product Trial
    0X1X9X 13/03/2007 Product Beta

    0X1X2X 28/05/2007 Product Plex

    0X3X8X 20/11/2012 Product Trial
    0X3X8X 14/06/2011 Product Beta

    Hi,

Above is a fake table as I am working with Sensitive Data.

So hmmm I want to find out The latest Product this customer has bought
and then previous product (NOTE: NOT LAST but previous)

So if I where to Say
    Cell: A1=0X2X2X

Please Login or Register to view this content.
I Would get the result Product Trial as that's the first one it finds

    If I say
Please Login or Register to view this content.
It would get me Product Delta as thats the last one it can find.

So Here is my Product I want to Know what was the Previous Product this customer bought

So I want to be given the value Product Beta

P.S It would be even better if I could find previous product that does not include the word TRIAL
Could you let me know if this is possible? and if it is then how to do this

    Thank You.

Hmmm, damn... guess better enter it manually then.

Basically We have Customers on Trial Products who get them every what ever days.. we need to find out what product they were on before trial.
