    Sumproduct

Not sure how I can accomplish this. I am looking for a formula so that if i have Ivonne's name under the agent column on the ACW tab that it will show her total ACD Call and ACW time from the data tab. I tried doing a SUMPRODUCT formula but its not working. I have attached a sample spread sheet. I'm thinking it might need to be a macro but i don't really no anything about those.

    Copy of FinalPDR.xls

    Re: Sumproduct

If you need to be backward compatible

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(Data!$A$3:$A$643=ACW!$A2),Data!$C$3:$C$643)
    and
    =SUMPRODUCT(--(Data!$A$3:$A$643=ACW!$A2),Data!$D$3:$D$643)
