Excel 2010 - Time between dates in years and quarters (.25)

    Hello!

I'm stumped on how to calculate the time between two dates in years and quarters (represented in .25 increments). I would round down on the .25 increments (3 months) if not fully surpassed.

See attachment on what it should look like. C2 is my calculated column.

Hope that makes sense! Any thoughts??

    Thanks much,

    ~UG
