    Return one of each value from a column

    Perhaps the solution to this is simple, but I've never dealt with it before. I need to return only one of each value from a column. Attached is an example of my data and the desired output I'm looking for. What's the best way to accomplish this? example1.xlsx

    Implemented in file attached. Also Pivot Table option. You can also use the Advanced Filter option.
