Sumifs exclude cells that are hidden with data filter

I have a two spreadsheets: 1. With a several row/columns of data and 2. With data being summarized by ifsums, which are contingent upon account number and date. I have a data filter on the first worksheet to help me analyze whats in the the sumifs totals. It have been working great for the last month. Then, all of a sudden yesterday, the ifsums began excluding rows that were hidden by the data filter. That has not be the case for the past months. Any idea whats going on and, more importantly, how I can get the sumifs to sum all rows. Regardless if they are hidden by the data filter?
