logic test AND OR

Hi hope you guys can you help with is problem

I have 3 column values , value 1 - column A, value 2 , column B,value 3 column c and i wish the result of the logic test to go in column D

The logic test is as follows

Test - If Value 1 <0 and Value 2 >= 10 or if value 1 >0 then return OK if true, if false return value in column c value 3
