Help for substitution of formula number to text

I need a hand, or rather a formula to excel.
I need to replace a list of numbers with the text. Let me explain: I have a list with two columns, the first indicates a digit and, correspondingly, the second indicates a text. Example 1400 (figure) and corresponding text FISHING 1450 (figure) and corresponding text APPLE. Clearly this is repeated for many rows.
In another sheet I just type the numbers 1450 and 1400. I would therefore that these cells, where there are the numbers, as codified TEXT become another sheet. I tried to do with search and replace, but because they are hundreds of lines long thing is. How do I automate? I think you can use the Replace function but I think we need a more complex function.

Do you have a table which lists all your numbers and the corresponding text? If so, you could use the VLOOKUP function to convert those numbers to text in two other columns.

for the answer. In the function that indicates, I have to put the text. The text is that of the left column to which must match the value of the right-hand column.
