    Problem with vlookup

    Hello currently transfering some files on the other sheet, attached is the sample of my workbook environment. As you can see i had a problem with vlookup it only return round off output not the exact date like on the file1. also i might add that if i try to put 0001 on the account # it only becomes 1..how should i do it? sorry for this noob post as i am not that really versed on excel
