    a Dynamic Vlookup (Column Reference)

    Hi All,

Could you please let me know how can I apply a dynamic Vlookup function.
Actually I have a few unique names in Col H and their rate card is col I, now I have to match/find their values in col J from another data/table.

    for example:
    Country Rate Card Rate ($)
    Argentina Rate3
    Bolivia Rate4
    Brazil Rate1
    Chile Rate1

    With Regards,
    SunOffice
